10 Different things about North island and South island

North

In the North island the beaches are warmer and it is hotter because the North island is closer to the centre of the earth.

North is know to be smaller than the south but the population is 3x more than south island.

North island has 2 big cites one Auckland, Auckland is known for its population and sales and the other one is Wellington, Wellington is the capital of NZ.

North island have more active outdoor things such as national parks, volcanoes and more actives.

In the North island there is the longest river in NZ a massive 425 KM one which is the waikato river that would be from our school to Napier City.

South

The south island is known for its big mountains, hiking trails, and lakes.

You see lots of marine life animals like seals penguins and dolphins.

In the south island there is lots of mountain views

 

Classified

Today we did the classified job, today we had to call another school and try to find 4 things and the 4 things was what island there are on what region there are in and if they are in the country side or if there in the city. lucky we got there region in the first go and there region was southland and the school was on highway 6 after like 15 school we got it there school was Limehills school the way we got it because we asked are you around the city there said no but later we found out there was in the country side
